Sims Vision helps organizations align people, place, and process so their workplaces operate more effectively—and their teams are better equipped to lead, adapt, and perform.
We partner with organizational leaders, HR and learning professionals, and facilities and workplace teams to reduce operational friction, strengthen leadership capability, and turn complex challenges into practical next steps.
We examine the connection between people, place, and process—not just one isolated problem. This helps reveal the operational friction, capability gaps, and competing priorities that may be limiting performance.
Recommendations must be usable. We translate broad challenges into clear priorities, practical tools, and sequenced next steps that leaders and teams can carry into daily work.
Consulting and training should leave an organization stronger. We equip leaders and teams with shared language, repeatable practices, and the confidence to continue applying what they learn.
Short-term gains are not enough. We help organizations build systems and working practices that can withstand growth, transition, and unexpected change without sacrificing people or performance.
Our core consulting lens considers how human capability, the physical or hybrid workplace, and operational systems affect one another. This integrated perspective helps organizations make decisions that support both performance and employee experience.
Working Genius gives teams a practical shared language for understanding how work moves from idea to completion. Sims Vision uses the framework in retreats, workshops, and leadership-development engagements to help teams recognize natural strengths, identify sources of frustration, assign responsibilities more intentionally, and collaborate more effectively.
Our strategic-operations approach connects people, place, and process to help organizations improve efficiency, make informed decisions, and navigate change. This may include facilities and workplace assessments, operational planning, fractional leadership, coordination with contractors and external experts, and project and change management—from initial vision through implementation.
Sims Vision goes beyond delivering a standard curriculum. Workshops and coaching are shaped around the real situations participants are navigating, helping them connect new concepts to workplace dynamics, communication challenges, decisions, and projects they already face.
Build the communication, leadership, collaboration, and change-readiness skills that technical expertise alone cannot provide.
Help leaders and high-performing professionals build clarity, confidence, executive presence, and careers that do not require sacrificing their wellbeing.
What we help you do:
Sims Vision partners with organizational leaders, HR and learning professionals, and facilities and workplace teams facing growth, transition, or complex operational challenges. Each engagement is shaped around the organization’s goals, environment, and capacity—providing focused support that helps people move from competing priorities and persistent friction to clearer decisions, stronger alignment, and sustainable progress.
Sims Vision was founded by Sarah Sims, an operations strategist, facilitator, and wellbeing consultant who has spent her career helping organizations and professionals navigate change.
Sarah’s experience spans facilities optimization, capital projects, workplace strategy, employee experience, leadership development, and individual mentoring. Her perspective is also shaped by lived experience with burnout, health challenges, parenthood, and career transition—bringing empathy to the work without losing sight of the practical and operational outcomes clients need.
Through Sims Vision, that experience becomes a structured consultancy: one that listens closely, examines the full system, and builds solutions around each client’s actual workplace—not a generic playbook.
I enjoyed working with Sarah Sims to develop a 2023 discussion on workplace discrimination in the built environment. Sarah partnered with my team in the development and delivery of the session and made the process extremely seamless. Their expertise and ability to create an open, inclusive atmosphere were instrumental in the success of our session.
Sarah demonstrated exceptional skills in guiding our team through complex and sensitive topics. She provided insightful perspectives, facilitated meaningful conversations, and helped us develop actionable strategies to foster a more inclusive workplace.
I highly recommend Sarah for any organization seeking to address workspace issues. Their professionalism, knowledge, and empathetic approach make them invaluable to any team.

National Board for Teaching Standards
I recently completed the IFMA Facility Management Professional (FMP) program under Sarah's instruction, and I highly recommend both the course and her teaching approach.
Sarah created an engaging learning environment that encouraged participation and practical discussion. Rather than simply presenting course material, she connected concepts to real workplace scenarios, making it easier to understand how the FMP competencies apply in day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. Her responsiveness, industry knowledge, and ability to facilitate meaningful conversations added tremendous value to the learning experience.
What stood out most was Sarah's commitment to the success of every participant. She was approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping students understand the material and complete the program successfully.

Beyond Success Network
During the height of the pandemic, Sarah moderated a panel discussion about the impact the ‘Great Recession’ had on the corporate real estate/facilities management labor market. Cultivating connection between the audience and HR thought leaders on the panel allowed Sarah to activate her exceptional communication skills. During the hour long dialogue she was able to elevate a variety of perspectives, and thoughtfully explore innovative solutions through a compassionate leadership lense.
Sarah’s experience taking on complex issues facing the facility management/corporate real estate industry in today’s environment made for a rich discussion. She went beyond the obvious surface issues and probed to create a solution-oriented conversation.
